Red Mansions’ Commercial division, RMR Commercial Real Estate, has an experienced team to manage your property. The division is headed by Ted Omohundro who has over 25 years experience managing commercial real estate, including several of the nation’s top shopping centers, as well as power centers, office buildings, and more. During his tenure with Prime Outlets, Ted helped oversee the successful expansion of the company’s flagship property in San Marcos, Texas and the re-development of centers in Orlando and St. Augustine, Florida.   • Red Mansions moved its main office to Gruene, TX and is now located at 2324 Gruene Lake Drive, Unit C, New Braunfels, TX 78130. We also have a satellite office in Seguin at 1420 N. Austin Street. We have agents covering the 281 corridor, the I35 corridor, and the I10 corridor so we can assist our clients no matter what their geographical focus may be.
